Family Member: “How’s she doing?”
BigBri: “She’s got pneumonia…”
Family Member: “Oh no…how did she get pneumonia?”
BigBri: “Sometimes people have difficulty swallowing or for whatever reason some saliva or food gets into the lungs and causes a serious pneumonia. She will need at least a few days of IV antibiotics.”
Family Member: “Oh…she has pneumonia in her LUNGS.”
BigBri: “…”
